Full Groom

This service includes:

2 shampoo washes and conditioner specific for your dogs coat and skin condition. Warm blow dry with brush & styling. Face, feet, paw pad cleaning & sanitary trim. Ear cleaning also included and complimentary cologne spritz. Full groom will either be breed standard groom or customer requirements groom which will be custom created for your dog (once suitable for breed and coat).

Full Handstrip

This service includes:

Our full hand strip service is specific for wire haired coats (e.g Border Terriers) and certain silky coats (e.g Cocker Spaniel breed standard/sporting dog breeds). Hand stripping is a technical process that must be professionally done. It promotes new healthy coat growth, maintaining the natural texture & rich color and weatherproofing. We recommend this being done every six months for a full handstrip, if you book past 6 month block, there may be additional prices as the service will take more time. This does not suit all dogs due to their coat type & skin condition. If your dog has been neutered, clipped previously, or is older, their coat may change and we cannot perform a handstrip) Our professional groomers will assess your dogs coat/condition and advise you. Prices range from depending on size of your dog and coat condition. Handstrip full groom will also include everything included in a regular full groom service.

Puppy Intro to Grooming

This is an important step in growing your puppy’s confidence in a professional grooming salon. Early introduction is the key to success and we recommend bringing your puppy in as young as 12 weeks old (once they are fully vaccinated) every 3-4 weeks or as regularly as possible to acclimatise them to the grooming services & environment, slowly and in a stress-free manner. The puppy package is setting a foundation for future grooming experiences. Puppy will graduate to full groom at around 6 months old.

Service includes:

Gentle bath with suitable shampoo/conditioner. Introduction to a blow dryer, brushing & combing. Nail clipping, ear cleaning. Light paw pad fur & hair in front eyes trim (once puppy is tolerant). Positive reinforcement & cuddles throughout. Our groomers will also give valuable advice to take home to further help build your dog’s confidence, and allow them to stay calm in the grooming environment & any grooming advice specifically for their coat.
